Event Description
Join us for a poker run on October 23rd to benefit American Diabetes Foundation. Starts at Killer Creek 11:00am 1st bike out at noon. This is Holly's project to honor her dad who passed almost a year ago. Everyone knows someone that is diabetic, and with your help we can minimize the number of people with type 2 diabetes, and give the people with type 1 a better quality of life.
It will be $25 per bike and $5 for an extra hand. T-shirts will be provided for the first 100 registered. Prize for best and worst hand, silent auction, raffles, and 50/50. There are some gift certificates for 1 hour each at inksomnia, some other cool stuff. If you can donate something cool for a prize please do. Call Fred at 706-974-8860.
The ride will end at Lorena's, and there is going to be a band that night, food and fun. We're looking forward to seeing you there.

A growing number of Harley-Davidson riders and military vets are trying to raise award money to find one of their own's stolen motorcycles.
Poker run planned to benefit shelter animals
Money raised during the run, which will be held June 16, will benefit daily operations of the Sullivan County, Bluff City, Kingsport Animal Shelter The run is sponsored by Cute and Cuddle Pet Grooming, Black Wolf Harley Davidson and AHDRA Bristol Dragway, according to a written statement about the event.
